HP India — Problem with the HP Monitor 19.5" Sl. no. 3CQ2030FCG

We, the Gandhigram Rural Insitute (Deemed to be University), Gandhigram, Tamil Nadu, India had purchased nine number of Computer Systems HP ProDesk 400G7MT with monitors HP V20HD 19.5" from M/s. Shri Girish Marketing, No. 21 Srinivasa Complex, College Road, Karaikudi, Tamil Nadu vide Invoice No. 0016 dt. 28/04/2022.

From the above purchase a monitor with the Sl. No. 3CQ2030FCG is not functioning (No display). It is requested to do the needful to sort out the issues.
