HP India — recovery media kit

Hello,
The recovery media kit that i had ordered from hp was found to be the corrupted one. I took it to the hp service centre situated in saheed nagar area of bhubaneswar for the recovery process but they informed me that my laptop didn't get recovered. From the last 7 days
I was trying to contact through hp toll free number but it always said no one is available at that moment.
So please tell me what to do. i am sharing my order details with you.
