I purchased a laptop of hp and they provide a refferal code which is valid for 6 months to recharge, but after 3 months mobikwik said the code is stopped to work, now when i submitted the complaint to both HP and mobikwik, both are just doing here and there thingh, mobikwik clearly deniedand said to go to hp, when i talked to hp, every time they said we will do something in 7-10 days, now 21 days passed and i have no hope that anyone will do anything in this, also i have to use that code every month otherwise their so called terms will be violated, now please help me in this matter as both the cc are just not doing their duty Was this information helpful? |
