I have registered this case about 25 days before for keyboard spacebar not functioning, after online testing, case referred to iqor service, laxmi nagar delhi to replacement o[censored]ppercase but service provider refuse to do this reason the parts is not matching with laptop serial number.
I don't know this technical things. What i want to say i have purchased this laptop from just 15th month before and first time we face problem after purchase. My laptop is under warranty for three years.
The product is never open for any reason so far. It is open first time after purchase by hp service engineer for this oroblem so if parts is mismatch internally than it is manufacturing fault. How can it suppose to be we go for another means under warranty.
Since suffering a lot day to day business with our personel laptop, therefore i request ur intervation to solve my problem and pls. Give necessary approval to replace parts.
