I have purchased above HP INK TANK 316 PRINTER PRODUCT NO. 7ZV78A SERIAL NO. CN22J7D21G on dated 16.05.2022 invoice no. MS[protected] value of invoice with gst 10999/- ORDER NO.[protected] company given warranty of 1 year but printer me dated 18.08.2022 se printing problem aa rahi hai kuchh print to blank white line ke saath nakale uske baad light blinking error dene lag gaya ab print nahi nikal rahe hai service center me complaint not karwai uske baad service engineer warranty period product ki service ke 1500 rupees charges mang raha hai uska kahna hai isprinter ka printhead damage hai isko sahi karwane ke liye 1500 rupees pay karne padenge iski koi warranty nahi hai.
