Hi this is deepak raut, i am dealer of laptop my case id is - [protected] Product description: HP 15-d107tx Notebook PC Product number: G8D80PA Serial number: 5CB419081S Problem description: IN//NCD/NSR/HP 15-d107TX Notebook PC ALL/W-7-Battery Issue i have purchase laptop from hp within 10 month the laptop battery is having not charging issue i have complaint register in hp care without any call or notification my case id is closed when i calling hp he said he call me but i m not pick a call but i m registring my cell no. and my customer cell number many times i calling hp for my case every time he answer me your issue is top level but output is zero i m really harassed so i request to you plz take action against hp. and resolve my issue.
