HP India — Regarding non receipt of subsidy to my bank a/c for booking gas cylinder on 29/05/2015

I am getting gas cylinder from Raj gas Agency cuddalore Tamil nadu from 29/05/2015 after transfered from Nagercoil tamil nadu . However on booking gas on 29/05/2015 I got two cylinder from the agency but no subsidy credited to my bank account . However i am getting subsidy credited to my bank account for the subsequent cylinder . please credit the left out amount to account soon
