Hello, I was not able to connect to my other pc over router. So tried using whatsapp technical help from your side.
You Employee by the name of Sunantha started the chat. I described her my problem and according to me she was not able to help me. Even then she literally wasted one working hour of mine and her asking me pointless questions and then not replying for extended periods. At last she told me that she is not authorized to help me as pe HP policy.
My question is that, If she was not able to help me solve the query, Why did she wasted my time in pointless questions.
This is not the way to treat the customers who are using your products from last 20 years. Time to us is Limited. and your employee dosent have the right to waste our time like this. I need closing in this case with quick resolution and action against the person. Was this information helpful? |
