HP India — registration for 2 year extended warranty

I bought an hp 15-bs576tx last friday and i want to register for '2 year extended warranty'
I have already visited hpshopping.in/reinventcelebrations, but after that i don't know how to proceed.
There they asked for my mobile number, in which they sent an 'otp' after that i don't know where to fill that 'otp'
Please help me this is my last day for registration

I am a hp customer and i registerd for additional two warranty for my new hp laptop but after that i didn't get any notifications.I hope you get the details which i sent, inform me about this at the very best moment.
