HP India — replace of battery | |||
Hi I order a baterry for my laptop online from www.hp.com Order no :[protected] Complaint no:- cas-71662-k2k5k1 The battery is not compatible with my laptop. I written a mail to exchange for the battery on 9th november 2017 at Hpestore.[protected]@hp.com... And called several time, At last i got late response that according to the policy it cannot be replace or refund which is being tampered. I got the battery in the form of box packing which was only stapled on the top of the box, so i can say the battery which i got is not sealed one, and even the i didnt tried to fit in my laptop, looking to the size of battery i kept as it is in the box. Now what should i do with that battery, where there is not customer resolution and customer satisfaction. Hp want to make money only. I have two hp laptops, one laser printer, one headset of hp, was very brand conscious, but looking into this kind of service i am disappointed. My work had got affected. I had lost 3500 rs for the battery which i cannot do anything of this battery. I don't have any other alternate option to do with this battery. Thanks Dheeraj Was this information helpful? | |||
