I have informed the HP support Assistant on 17.01.2022 with the following descriptions
"The screen of my laptop is detaching from the lower panel. This may be happening due to the cracked pulley on which we used to open the laptop. We need these problems to be resolved. Please do the needed services."
They have registered my complaint and advised me Case ID: [protected] which is still open. the details of my laptop are as under:

5CD943D0RL
Further, whenever I contact them through HP support Whatsapp, they told us to provide the details and pics and create different case id.
After so many days have passed but no official visited my residence.
So, please look into the matter and resolved it quickly. My laptop is still in warranty up to Nov 2022.
