HP India — Service center damaged laptop

I have given a laptop service in one of the authorized HP service center i.e Maha electronics in Jayanagar 3rd block bangalore for video lagging problem laptop was in good condition except video playing was getting lagged they said they would do general service and said this is drivers issue and when I went after one week they show that entire system led display is gone wen started system it is completely black like negative and they are saying that once opened system it has damaged fully it's not our problem, there was no issue while giving laptop for service except that video lagging. Being authorized hp center they are speaking to customers like this.
