HP India — service center didn't accept my laptop

Hi i bought a laptop of hp envy 15 17 inch touch screen laptop 2 or 3 hinges are broken so i went to a service center in ahemdabad but they said they won't repair it so kindly please tell me where should i go or throw my laptop in dustbin
