My self Suraj Mukadam from Navi Mumbai - Panvel city, i have purchased new hp laptop from Vijay seles at Panvel on 6 sep 2016, Laptop details as below Laptop Model : 13-U004tu Serial Number : 8CG618138D Case Number : [protected] i got defective laptop from Hp seller and also informed to hp support team. HP support team has committed to me on mail, we will be give replacement of laptop to you And i m chasing since last one month but not get proper reply... Please let me know, Customer have important to you if yes, plz revert to me on this case, My email id, phone no and all details updated on sub case id. i feel many time to lost 50, 000/-rs when had purchased HP laptop and goes with HP. Dear sir.
just before 2 month ago i was purchased m 1136 mfp all in one printer. 1 month this machine was worked properly. from last 10day's printer is not printing any word document.
so please check the printer as soon as possible.

Now it is not booting with the compliant of "Cooling fan not working". I tried to contact support division of HP-India. But failed. Please help me to repair my laptop which is still in warranty.
