Dear Sir,

I purchase HP 2132 printer this year and the model number is CN58P371JC.
The cartridge is empty so I ordered new cartridge for 1015. from HP online. Still I'm not able take prints its lights are blinking. from four days I'm trying to call customer care but no response. I feel cheated for buying HP product. Please solve my issue, without printer we are struggling here in office.

U S Gupte's response I have this laptop since 5 - 6 years. I used to see the Web cam icon on the desk top. Somehow it seems to be missing now.
Please guide how to install an icon of the inbuilt Web cam on the desktop. I am unable to click pictures without going to skype.

We are purchasing the 9 desktop systems, in this system One of the system given problem on network connection. After connecting the LAN cable, network not connected.
