HP India — Sub standard product

I purchased an HP Laptop on 22nd June 2021 from HP Store, Tambaram, Chennai. Since 10th July, my laptop's monitor has not been working. When I approached HP support, they provided one ID. (ID No.[protected]) and said that my problem will be solved by sending a technician to my residence within 48 hours. TODAY 26TH DAY. But, my problem is not solved yet. I don't know why HP behave like this. Today a technician said that the motherboard also failed. Humble request, please take steps to reimburse the amount. Within twenty days motherboard and screen display failed. My stress and BP is increasing due to behavior of HP customer service
