HP India — SWITCH ON PROBLEM OF FRESH HP LAPTOP

I PURCHASED A NEW FRESH LAPTOP FROM HP AUTHROISED SHOP, MODEL HP15-AC048TU, SERIAL NO.CND51951MR ON DTD. 13.06.2015 WITH WARRANTY OF ONE YEAR I.E. UPTO 12.06.2016. AFTER ONE DAY, THE LAPTOP IS NOT GOING TO SWITCH ON. CONTACTED HP SERVICE CENTER, THEY SAID REGITER UR COMPLAINT ON CUSTMER CARE, KINDLY HELP ME IMMEDIATELY.
