HP India — The poor performance of my laptop

I purchased a laptop 1.5 years ago and only for 10 months the system was working good. I have issues with audio output-hearing a lot of static noises and a drag in the output. Hence unable to use videos and audios. The camera is also of very poor quality. The pictures are really bad. Overall performance of the laptop is so bad, wondering should I ever recommend people and my students to go for Hp. Going by the brand and also the quality of printers I am using of HP, I thought laptop would also be good, but my expectations did not match. Kindly advice what am I supposed to do.MY number is [protected], . If possible kindly replace . If I am satisfied with services, I may think of buying one more for my daughter.
