we purchased hp 250 g3 j7v52pa commercial series laptop on 16 june 2015.we bought that laptop for the use of standby backup for sbi bank CTS purpose from hp warehouse. but that laptop give us problem from the starting continuously. i complained many reports on your technical support team from the starting stage. they tell there might be the issues of related drivers.that laptop keyboard give us problem continuously from the starting.sometime its work and sometimes its not work.Your engg. visited there, he update the bios drivers, but that issue was not resolved.then yesterday laptop was suddenly stop working and not start at any condition. Your engg again visited there and said the motherboard of your laptop is defective that why you face all problems continuously from starting .its mean hp provide us defective product. THAT LAPTOP USED FOR VERY IMPORTANT WORK FOR BANK.so we cannot use that defective or repaired laptop AT ANY SITUATION FOR BANK PURPOSE . we are not happy with this HP laptop and we cannot book complained again and again for this laptop .We insist on you for replace that that laptop with new laptop at any condition.
