I had purchased a lap top on 01 sep 2020 form hp world pimple saudagar pune. Every thing was fine till money was paid. Suddenly attitude of the owner mr. Ramesh changed.
On 29/9 i came to know that i could get extended warranty for two years. On 30/09/20 i called up the shop and asked them why i was not informed of the extended warranty by ms. Payal sales girl. I was told by ms. Nazia who attended the call that payal is not available and that she will check and revert back.
She did not revert back. I called her back and i was told by nazia that she will check with the boss and revert back. That, it will not be a problem. There was no revert back. I again called on 2/10 evening to ask her why she did not respond? Answer was sorry. She confirmed that you come and it will be done and that payment will be on line.
I told her that i will come on sat 3/10. I was told by nazia to come on mon as sat and sunday there is a big rush.
I called on mon 5/10 evening that i will be coming. I was told by nazia that i could not get the extended warranty as it is more than one month. I told her you have been telling me ever since that it will be done and now suddenly you tell me it cant be done. This amounts to breach of trust.
I had a heated exchange on tele with mr. Ramesh. He refused to listen and said he was busy and will call back on on 06 /10 after 1100 hrs. He did not call. I called up the shop ms. Nazia said she was not aware as she was off yesterday. I told her to share his number. She refused. I told her to ask him to call back at 1127. No call so far at 1240 hrs. I asked for mail id she has not shared.
You can see the attitude of your dealer. Please investigate the matter and that his dealer ship should be terminated. I should be provided extended warranty.
