I have received massage in my mobile no. [protected] regarding my hp complaint case id 50231848 that your complaint is solved and give the feedback. In this regard I am sorry to say that our problem is not solved yet and neither any representative of HP visited our premises for solving this problem nor our problem is solved even though you closed our complaint without our consent and asking for feedback. We have booked complaint more than 15 days before but till date there is no solution hence we are not happy with your services and your product also. VERY POOR SERVICES, VERY POOR PRODUCT.
