HP India — Upper portion of laptop that means screen border damaged

Address:FERUSHA,TEOR,HILI,DAKSHIN DINAJPUR,733145

The upper portion of the laptop i.e. the plastic around the screen and the two clips by which the upper and lower portion connected also damaged.
I want to change the upper portion to buy a new one.
Help me.
