HP India — Very dissatisfying servive experience

I bought my laptop around 2 years back. Serial no. 5CD3325GTW. It is not in warranty period. It was having some slow processing issues, so I gave it to Hp service center in Bathinda ( Punjab ). I gave it to them on saturday and they asked my to contact them on monday. Today is 9 july ( thursday) and till now they haven't even told me what is the problem with my laptop. Everyday I call them, they come up with some new excuse like today our engineer is on leave. I am very very unsattisfied with your services. Please do something in this regard.
