[Resolved] HP India — Very poor service of hp service centre

My case id is [protected]. I recivied recovery kit on 22/08/2016 and as I was unable to recover my laptop myself so on the very same day I handed my laptop to my nearest service centre but it's been 2 days but still I don't get any response or help from the service centre and when I seek for help in my matter they make excuse and say we are facing an error in recovery but they are not specifically saying what type of error they are facing..

I REQUEST FOR HELP FROM YOUR SIDE ON THIS MATTER AND TAKE NECESSARY ACTIONS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE .
