I have bought the new lab top of HP Pavilion Series with i5 processor and original window 8.1 dated on 15th Aug 14. Now its not working due to some problem about window recovery as confirmed by HP employee. From last fifteen days everyday i am talking with HP employee regarding my complaint on your complaint no. Still its not resolved by HP. My complaint nos. are mentioned below:-

[protected] - new no.
My work is suffering due to the same problem and i did not got any positive response from HP employees. You are requested to please re-solve the same ASAP.
