I have purchased a new laptop of HP 2 months back and facing too many issues for which I escalated the issue but the HP team is not helping me and re-directing me here and there and talking rudely.

Issue was escalated on 5th October for which query was already and the issue was regarding Software issue for which wrong numbers were shared with me [protected], [protected] also dropped an email to the entire team but no reply whatsoever.
They keep me on hold for more than 30 minutes and also have the call recording for how the executive spoke to me.
