Amd a6-7310 apu processor with radeon™ r4 graphics (2 ghz, up to 2.4 ghz, 2 mb cache, 4 cores)
Windows 10 pro 64
4 gb ddr3l-1600 sdram (1 x 4 gb)
500 gb 5400 rpm sata
Amd radeon™ r4.

But accidently i received the wrong laptop which has no operating system loaded. Before booking
The order ms anjana (Hp sells representative) checked the configuration and confirmed that this laptop is with windows
10pro loaded. And i have cross checked with sku no provided by ms anjana. I have attached the
Relevant document herewith for your reference. I requested ms anjana to customise this laptop
With 1tb hdd but she told me that no customisation is possible with purchase of one no
Laptop. After all confirmation over phone (Ms anjana) and verification of product from hp online
Portal, i had booked that order. The order was booked in the name of :
Mr. Hrudananda kar
Cfo
Bil infratech ltd.
So hereby, i would like to request you to please change the product and deliver the right one
Which i have ordered at earliest.
