My issue was not resolved.
Issue Reported : optical drive issue

So many times calling to customer care and talking to technical support people but not solved the issue. After performing the many tests and procedures, they are not able to provide the solution. Instead the attitude of the technical people is like this:
1. Not able to provide the solution for problem.
2. Asking customers to use external devises to solve the issue.
3. If not solved then telling its operating system problem without checking or having knowledge.
4. Transferring the calls to managers and holding so much time.
5. Asking to call after sometime.
6. Disconnected the calls while talking to customer.
7. Telling the technical problem in their system for remote access.
Please take the appropriate action on the technical people for incapacity to perform their duties.
