I purchased a laptop in june 2016 ...it takes 10minytes to start when ever i am working it restarts on its own and my files are also not saved...my internet explorer is also not responding if your company is not able to make products then why the hell are you into this business...stop making other people fool...will never purchase any another product of hp...when i call and ask for on site repair they do not respond ...very very dissatisfied...
