Hp Laptop — Fraud and Pathetic service from HP laptop

This is to bring to your notice that I have been treated miserably by HP

I purchased Hp Pavilion x 360 in June 2020 with the extended warranty of 3 years.

I had lodged a complaint for a broken LCD on 22th May 2021 at the customer care number[protected], the Case Id was generated and a technician was sent 24th May 2021... after taking the details the technician visited with the new LCD on 28thMay 2021 and replaced the damaged LCD/display with the new one.
Once he finished doing he realised that the camera was not working. He told me to reset the laptop so that the drivers will get updated and the camera will start working as normal. But that reset did not help.

We called HP customer care number[protected] again on Saturday 29thMay2021 to complain about the same. The lady on the call told us that she has taken down all the details and a technician will be sent in 48 hrs to rectify the same. But we received no calls from Hp or the technician for the next 3 days. So we again called HP customer care number[protected] on 3rd June 2021 to highlight our problem. A person named Joel answered and told us to our surprise that the Case ID is not updated with the camera problem, it still displays the complaint for LCD and has been marked as closed. This was shocking as the front line customer support team had just wasted our time. We had to again repeat the entire detail of our problem to him and he was helpful to raise a work order for this issue.

Since then I have been sending reminder mails on [protected]@hp.com raising my concern but haven't received a single reply for any of my mails.Never expected Hp to be so irresponsible.

on 7th June I again called up HP customer care number[protected] to find out the status of my complaint and insisted on speaking to the Ops manager. Soumesh the front line engineer transferred my call to Manami- the Team Lead as told by her and advised me mark a mail on this email id consumersupport.in @hp.com and also provide me with Deepesh Deokar number -[protected], who is leading Maharashtra with System support, but as expected this person does not seem interested in answering customer calls. This shows how irresponsible a person he is and he is authorised for the entire Maharashtra.

This laptop was purchased for my child for his online classes, his teacher marks him absent if the camera is not on. My child has to suffer for no fault of his and has to go through all this mental trauma.I am solely holding HP responsible for this and you are answerable incase if things go beyond control

I have decided to take this up legally and on a social media platform as this is not what a customer deserves. My product is under a 3 years extended warranty which also covers accidental damage. if my problem cant be resolved i request a replacement of my product or a full refund

today is 10th June no response from HP
