I bought my laptop on 26th june 2020. It stopped working today. I complained about it to the hp customer care. I would like a replacement or refund of my product.

Updated by puddika I bought my laptop on 26th June 2020. After 4 days of buying i came to know that the warranty is already registered before 6 months. I complained about this so they gave an extended warranty. Now this laptop is not working after 2 months o[censored]sage and showing blank screen. This means that HP gave a used laptop to me. Now they are saying that they will not replace it. I know now that even if i repair it. It will create more problems in the future. I want a replacement or refund. Very disappointed with HP.
