I bought HP Laptop on 8 november 2021. and from 16 november 2021 i am facing issue regarding front camera. i contact hp customer support at 16 nov 2021 they solve my issue by doing some troubleshoot process i.e. recovery method, then on 25 november 2021 i start facing this issue again and i contact them and then again they did their troubleshoot process, then on 26 november 2021 again this issue occur then again they did troubleshoot process or whatever, then on 29 november 2021 again there was issue in my camera then again they want me to do their troubleshoot process and then on 1 dec 2021, 2 december 2021, 3 december 2021 i am facing this issue again and again still it doesnt get resolved. I asked them many times to replace my laptop because it even didnt crosses 1 month and within 1 month it start creating this issue. I am student and my exams are going on but everytime they only asked me to do this troubleshoot process that troubleshoot process each and evrytime making false promises that this issue will not come again. This HP Laptop team which includes vikramjit, priyanka, gaurav, nishat, amrutha all are just asking me to do all this that troubleshoot process. They are not replacing my laptop at all infact giving excuses that they will resolve this issue by troubleshoot process only. please help me regarding this as they are asking me only to do this that.
