I had bought a printer from a electronic shop in kolkata 2 years ago, so i am no longer covered under warranty. My printer have stopped working just after my warranty period is over. For the last 8 months, i am trying to contact the customer care but no one replied, even the hp buyback programme i tried to exchange but the shop details they gave me is wrong, even the service center number they gave me is wrong, i have been carrying the printe to every shop i could as they denied me of home service, whereas every customer care representative said that service engineer will visit my home. Then atlast i opted for hp buy back programme, i thought i will finally have a solution. But the reseller adress they gave me along with the coupon is wrong. I went to the reseller they denied the exchange, then i printed another coupon and went to a separate reseller of my city, same thing happened. And it happened for all the resellers i went to. So what is the agenda of this programme. I have been harrassed so much to buy a hp product that i am rethinking. I was a loyal customer of hp. All my computers and its peripherals, starting from desktop and my laptop to my priner all are of hp, now i am rethinking. For laptop and printer exchange is possible but for printer they have harrassed me so much. If they have no contact with their resellers then they must stop the business in india atleast in kolkata. Or else stop claimimg them as resellers and stop misguiding persons. Because it is not easy to carry a printer, a certain amount of money goes into it, and i have to take days off work to be denied of the exchange and that has cost me a lot financially as well as mentally.
