Hp — New laptop getting some error on laptop

I purchase new laptop on 30 Nov. 2015, after that i''m using laptop but getting error like 'Blue Screen' than i'm visit Laptop store again and again but not resolved. Thay told me contact HP Customer Care...than i visit 2-3 times also call on customer care and online chat but not perfect response...3 - HP enginner check out my laptop again and again but not success and thay are scratches on my laptop and told me if you can visit our services than scratches is possible. on this time my issue is not resolved.
