Hp — not getting warranty service

respected sir, myself yogesh dadaram bodke having hp laptop with me but since last months i m not able to use my lappy because its not working properly since that time i m giving call to customer care but i did not get any positive response .my lappy deails are lappy-case no-[protected], product serial no - 5CD230398T, prod model no-B3J80PA, PROD NAME-HP96, and my complaint id [protected]. since 14 th oct i m calling n mailing ur representative but all of go to vein. my lappy is beeping for 10 min when start and keyboard of lappy is also not working and its heat so much as well its battery doesnt give back up at all so i m calling but no response from ur site .i send mail also at 14 oct .so plz help me as soon as possible call me i[censored] want any information my contact no [protected]/[protected] or mail me on [protected]@yahoo.com thank u
