respected sir, On buying a laptop on 16 oct 2013, model no-( HP PAV 15-n018TU ). i was redeemed an offer, which was to be sent after mailing invoice and other documents from myself. Although after sending all these documents on 05/10/2013, i could not receive any offer till the date 19/11/2013.
