Hp — Refund pending from last 12 days against my cancelled order

I have placed order no [protected] on 06.08.2020 to purchase one hp laptop. till date i havnt received my laptop.
on order status at hp website, it is showing that my order is cancelled although i never requested for the order cancellation.
if my order is cancelled then why hp is not refunding my money, it is blocked with them from last 12 days. neither they have given me laptop not they are refunding my money.
please help my for immediate dispatch of my ordered laptop or immediate refund of order money.
