Service id [protected] has been registered on 24th september 2021. No one visited home to attend the cpu problem. On 27th september, I visited the service center in faridabad. They diagnosed motherboard faulty and said that it ordered and I will get it on 28th september. But on 28th I contacted customer care regarding my status, I was confirmed that no part has been ordered till 28th evening. On other side service center not updating the status.
I need immediate solution as my complete work is pending because all my business invoicing work is pending or I am going to cunsumer court for fraud case and going to claim my complete 1 week business loss. Was this information helpful? |
