I bought HP EliteBook x360 1030 G2 last month with one month waiting period. I paid full amount(105000) in May 2018 and got the product delivered after one month.

When I opened the product box and used for 2 days I came to know that front LED is already broken. It's not easy to see this broken screen as there is no issue with display. I raised complaint and called may times but these customer support is not responding properly and later they said this needs to fixed at cost.
If you send out a defective product that doesn't last even 20 days, you need to fix it. I did not take a hammer to my screen, I did not slam my laptop or throw it against something. In fact, I barely used my laptop. When I was ready to pay that amount also they gave another suggestion and suggestion is as below:
"However After reviewing the nature of failure & the price of the spare/s required to repair your unit, we recommend that it would make economic sense to go for replacement with new product instead of repairing existing one. This will enable you to experience the latest HP technology & newer features with appropriate support warranty"
Terrible experience with this company.
I want my product to be fixed ASAP.
