Hewlett Packard (hp) k coustmer support adviser ne mughe galat information de Mere baar baar puchne par bhi unhone mughe sahi information nhi di meri problem ye thi ki mai jab bhi apne laptop me Internet chalata tha tab bahut jada advertise aate the to Maine hp k coustmer care me call kiya aur Maine apni problem Gaurav Gosh sir ko bataya to unhone mughe apna laptop remote par lene ko kaha. Jab unhone remote pe lene k baad problem dekhi to unhone mughe windows drive c format karne ko kaha unhone mughe steps note down karwaya aur bola ki ye steps follow karne se aapki bas C drive hi delete hogi lekin jab Maine unka bataya hua step follow kiya to mera pura laptop jisme bahut si important files thi wo sab format ho gai aur Maine dobara hp customer care me call kiya aur puri baat batai to unhone kaha nhi sir jo step aapko bataya gya hai usse fura laptop format ho jata hi. Please mughe insaaf dilaya jaye
