[Resolved]  HRTC — refund

This is to inform you that on 11.11.2013 I booked a E-Ticket in HRTC Bus from ISBT Kashmiri Gate to Dehra for 14.11.2013. Due to some problem the ticket was not booked but the amount (Rs. 422/-) had been deducted from my bank account underTransaction No was [protected]. Next day on 12.11.2013 I booked another E-Ticket on same route and same seat no for the same date i.e 14.11.2013. This time i got the ticket. since one month has passed i did not got my money back from your side which was deducted by HRTC.
