[Resolved] HSP Media Network — Voice calls not working | |||
HSP Media Netowork is a fraud company. I have purchased a service for 50 thousand TRANS SMS and 5000 Voice calls for elections. For SMS: ``` Single Quick SMS is working but when I try to send SMS through CSV files it's stuck in queue and when I called them many times for the same they sent SMS forcefully from their end. I can see the SMS status was changed from SUBMITTED to DELIVER but the users are not getting SMS, I wasted more than 12 thousands SMS like this then I manually submitted one by one SMS to clients. ``` ``` Regarding Voice calls, I was unable to do a single VOICE calls still the count changing decreasing thousand when I test a single and afte two three testing VOCIE call count changed from 4899 to 889 and then calls are also not working. ``` Single VOICE call was not works for me using this service. I had purchased this service emergency call for the elections. Their support are also not responding on calls and emails. Madhuresh Desai is fraud person. Verified Support Apr 13, 2017 HSP Media Network Customer Care's response Hello, My dear client is abusing us and our female employees and threatening us also doing fraud with us so we have blocked him and we cannot allow to misuse our services or use any cheap behaviour. We will be legally suing my client as my client is giving badwords to our female employees. We would like to inform all the you have misused the sms by spamming and as per TRAI Rules and our policy we cannot entertain you for such fraud activities. Please dont put up things on your baseless claims and we have delivered and always commited for our serives. We have more than 5000 happy customers working happily with us. Dear HT media your suppliers not providing proper service we are taking 1 year subscription from 25-12-16 for amount of 888/-hdfc bank cheque no 000076.but not suppliers not providing service, they are not provide news paper from December 2016..kindly take nessesarry action.regards desparate customer
