HTC — Bad customer service and not giving my phone back

I have given my htc phn for repair they ar froud and they are not giving my phone back 3 weeks have been past and still not status about my phone my ticket no is 15INA30016377 AND MY id is [protected]@gmail.com and my phn no is [protected] my phone is htc 826 worth 24000 and several time i talked to customer care but they alwways guide me wrong plz help me
