HTC — Complaint against to HTC Mobile phone company

Dear Team This is suryansh Saxena from fatehabad Road Agra, I brought DESIRE 526G PLUS GLOSSY BLACK, 16 GB HTC 526G PLUS MODEL From VV ENTERPRISES, 2f:167, 3rd floor, Street No-7, Mahavir Enclave-1, New delhi 110045 Via Online order FLIPCART with bill and everything. Unfortunately, your product has not performed well or the service was inadequate because After 10 Days started getting charging problems finally the phone stopped charging all together.The only way to get it to charge was to hold the connector at a certain slightly tilted angle so phone would charge. it wont charge with any charger obviously there was a connector. This has caused me avoidable inconvenience, acquaintance which has put me to financial loss, but management of HTC mobile company is totally indifferent and unconcerned to my harassment and mental torture. I therefore pray to the company, Please refund my money Rs. 9018.00 (Mobile Cost with servicve Tax)for inconvenience and harassment caused to me, I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem and will wait until before seeking help from a consumer protection agency or the Better Business Bureau.
