HTC Desire 816 — Cell phone missing

I was traveing l from Rojkot to Jabalpur in rajkot rewa express coach No AC B1. passing thorugh surat station towards Bhusawal station, this incident is happen around 1030 pm dated 27 Mar 16. while train moving at a slow pace, a men jumped in hit mobile out of my hand. the mobile out of the train and he also jumped off the train.i also jumped off the train tried to catch him, i caught is hand but it slipped and he rain away.
The TT told me to call the toll free help line number 138. When i called them, they told me to complain to the TT . When i went back to the TT and told him what the help line had said, he told me that when we reach bhusawal station, he will tell the RPF to note down my compliant. But they did not take down my compliant, they told me to make a compliant when i reach Jabalpur station which i did this morning ( dated 28 Mar 16 time 1250 PM) and i got the receipt of compliant. for help i am sending EMI code No 1.
