HTC — Desire 820s microphone issue

Dear sir/madam .HTC - From the day i bought HTC Desire 820s handset (Bought on june 01, 2015), i haven't got a chance to use this handset because of microphone complaint (During the voice call, the person at the other end is not able to hear the speaker person's sound.). I had given my handset at Authorised HTC Service centre, TVS ELECTRONICS LIMITED KALI TOWER HB ROAD NEAR LALPUR THANA RANCHI and after over 45 days they are not giving my cell.i call at service centre at number of times but they always the date for returning my mobile and they did not provide me any ticket id no. HTC does not offer a good service.kindly return my money or provide me a new smartphone.i suggest you do not go for htc go for other brand like apple sony samsung.
