HTC — Give me a working device and stop using my device as an experiment for the service centers

HTC Replaced my device with old motherboard that was in service before he purchase date. I want a replaced phone that has new motherboard dated after 20/Sept/2014 My original device had IMEI: [protected]. then changed to IMEI: [protected] The replaced has srl no FA495MZ06340 and I get these details First repair:- 9/23/[protected]/24/2014 Second repair:-11/6/[protected]/15/2014 Third repair:- 11/15/[protected]/24/2014 HTC unethically fooled me by giving a replacement device older than the purchase date of 29 September 2014. I want a new replacement that has a motherboard newer than 29 sept 2014. Stop fooling it's customers HTC. Give me a working device that I can use that has no history of issues before 29 september 2014 or else watch me take HTC to ground by going to consumer court. I have already filed a couple of complaints. HTC should be stopped from selling devices if they feel it is ethical to replace my device with old motherboard © 2015 Microsoft Terms Privacy & cookies Developers English (United States)
