I have faced touch screen issue on 12- dec-2014. I write a
mail to HTC people for solve touch issue.

I got replay for my mail on 13-dec-2014 for solving touch
issue. It won’t work for me. So they suggested me to visit HTC service center.

On 14 –Dec-2014 I visit HTC service center and complaint
about my touch issue. They checked and said touch gone we have to replace new
one. So I said ok, but problem is they don’t have touch screen stock.

On 29-Dec-2014 I got a mail from HTC people that your order
is arrived so please submit your phone for service

I have given my HTC one dual for servicing due to touch panel
functional abnormally on 8-jan-2015.

It’s already 34 days no update about my phone. I checked in

I charted with htc care people on 20-Jan -2015 they said. I
will get intimation on 22 –jan-2015, But no intimation.

Again I charted with htc care people on 28-jan -2015 they
said. My Phone service will be complete on 2-feb-2015, but no intimation.

Again I charted with htc care people on 2-feb -2015. No
replay they just suspend chart.

Again I charted with htc care people on 4-feb -2015 they
said. My Phone service will be complete within 48 hours, But no intimation.

Again I charted with htc care people on 6-feb -2015. No
replay they just suspend chart

Again I charted with htc care people on 9-feb-2015. No replay they just suspend chart

Again icharted with htc care people on 11-feb-2015 tey said
they need other 48 hours to update phone status.

My mobile phone is charging .but, it won't increasing its battery percentage?what can I do?
