HTC — Handset issue - worst service from HTC | |||
This is to inform you that I have not received my HTC Desire 816g handset yet from the service centre. I have submitted it on 4th March, 2015 at Kurla Service Centre for repair purpose. But still I have not received any call or any information from them. I have been calling them on their number[protected] but it's not getting connected. I had asked for the number from Customer care but they did not give it. I have submitted my handset for the 3rd time now for the same issue rebooting. They are not able to rectify the exact problem. I have purchased it on 18th Dec, 2014. Twice I had submitted it for the same reason in February at HTC service center, Vile Parle on 11th February and 19th February. Ticket no. 15INA[protected] and 15INA[protected]. As per customer care first they changed by battery then speakers and now they are saying motherboard. As per them they have ordered some part for my handset from Taiwan which will take again 12-13 days. So should I keep my handset with you people only for more 2-3 months? I have requested for the replacement. But they are not giving it. Almost for 1 month my handset is lying with HTC service center only. I had spoken to Shodhen who is a Team leader of customer care. As per him if service center person says that this mobile need to be replaced then they do that. Person from Vile parle service center informed Shiba who is a HTC customer care executive to register a request for replacement. But she refused it and she din't mention it. We asked Shodhen to file a complaint against her but he is just arguing with us. This is a problem from your customer care person. They can't handle the situation. They don' register the complaints. Why do we suffer because of your bad service? Even Shodhen misguided us. He told us customer care will get back to you within 1 day but no one contacted yet. We asked customer care to connect with him but they refused to do that. If you are not giving proper response I will file consumer forum against them. You are testing patience now. Your customer care provides worst service. They just lie with customers. There are many people who are facing the same issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
