HTC — handset problem

I have submitted my htc desire 501 for replacement since 28 jan. Its been 24 days approx. Service centre people in New Delhi had said that it will take 10-12 days for replacement.But customer care making me fool from 11th feb, saying that you will recieve your hand set in next 1-2 days. My ticket no. Is 15INA[protected] and S.N. is HT41LLM01365.Htc provides the most miserable service than any other company. Should i go the legal way or what?... Manish garg [protected]. hiii,
my name is kripal singh bisht..
i bought htc 816g on 22/12/14 from croma
invoice no. is SLF02A[protected]
I am facing problem while operating my handset
so i have submitted it to croma on 29/03/15
but till date i have not getting any satisfactory answer
and still they demanding more 15 days to resolve my problem
and also not providing anystandby handset...

This is ayushi.. I bought HTC desire 526g+ 11 months ago. . N from the past 2 months m sick of it... I don't know how it automatically install apps like apus launcher and atci.services.in .. And then it shows so much ads. And if I try to close the ads my phone hangs. I'm totally fed up from all this. All I do is go to settings n just uninstall these apps.. n after some tym like 2, 3 hours later it automatically installs them again. I did reset my phone last week n again the same problem. I just want a solution to it
